In 1961 Rasvaidya Maheshwar J. K. Shastri founded Rasashram Pharma Laboratories at Gondal to restore Ayurveda to its original glory. Three generations of the Vyas family, all practising vaidyas, have run it since.

Whisk a glass of chilled buttermilk, stir in half a teaspoon of Chhachh Masala and serve at once. Add a few mint leaves if you have them.
